Week 8 in the 52-week photography challenge was prompted with “Morning” – and after the challenge I apparently went back to sleep and forgot to blog it. Oh well. Here I am now. So, this image was actually captured during a client shoot. Mom was helping the 2 other kids with a fun art project and Dad got some snuggle time with their new baby while eating a delicious donut from Tony’s. I love this quiet moment of the two of them. Quiet moments, in the morning, when you have kids, isn’t really a thing anymore. Despite the painting, pom pom and glitter fiasco going on just behind him, he has a moment to reflect on the cold winter morning and snuggle up a little closer with his new little man in his arms. Nothing better than a snuggly baby in the morning!
