Not many people can appreciate the opportunity to have a winter family photo session, but there is something special about wearing some fun layers and getting all snuggly with your people. Even when the wind is whipping and your baby just woke up from a nap and wants no part of it (whether it was warm or not), it gives you all the more reason to snuggle up and make the best of it. At least it’s not 1000000 degrees and the baby wants to sweat all over you. haha
At any rate, this lovely family rarely finds the time to all get together with busy family life, and for their mother that year, they all went in together and got her the family portraits that she had been wanting for some time. I think she thoroughly enjoyed another reason to snuggle up with her kids and her grandkids – and who doesn’t love another good reason to get together, anyway!?
It’s difficult to get everyone together and sometimes that means you schedule a session for the holiday season when everyone is celebrating together. Life is busy.
